QUATERNITY YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

- 200 hour certification

We create a container for transformation, where you can feel safe to open up,  heal and rediscover your dharma. You have time and full attention of each trainer, get all the assistance you need while developing your style of teaching and expressing yourself in a positive, creative and yogic way.
Groups range from 8 - 17 people depending on the location.

All trainers draw from their own personal experience, and from this open, broad perspective, they also allow You to become a unique vehicle for teaching, so you are ready to go out and teach in the most authentic way, YOUR WAY.

Quaternity Institute TT RYS 200 fulfills requirements and is certified by Yoga Alliance. Groups are small, each participant has a full attention of trainers during the course.

UPON COMPLETION OF ALL REQUIREMENTS, STUDENTS RECEIVE 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER CERTIFICATION BY QUATERNITY YOGA SCHOOL - YOGA ALLIANCE REGISTERED SCHOOL.

QUATERNITY PROGRAM IS AN UNIQUE BLEND OF HATHA YOGA FLOW AND KUNDALINI YOGA SETS, PRANAYAMA PRACTICES, RELAXATION AND MEDITATION TECHNIQUES, MANTRA YOGA, BALANCED WELL WITH THEORY OF YOGIC ANATOMY, YOGIC PSYCHOLOGY AND PHILOSOPHY.

OUR LOCATIONS

We support small bussiness, owners take time to think about their environment, who has created esthetic and GOOD quality places for yoga to happen, having a positive impact in their communities.
Prices for the Quaternity Program are different, due to local economy differences.

In 2019 Quaternity has two beautiful locations for our

Yoga Teacher Training, one in Southern France

and the other in Bali, both surrounded by nature,

away from the fast pace city life.


OUR DIET IS LOCAL, SIMPLE & HEALTHY

Our Yoga Teacher Trainings are plant based diets with optional dairy on the side, such as cheese, milk, yogurt and butter. 
​We are food lovers and we love to feed people!
We use only fresh and local products we can get our hands on. 
We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus teas, fruits and snacks between !
