Sadhana means tuning to ones own inner
nature, this is why balance means something different for every individual...
During Yoga Teacher Training you will be asked to keep a personal Journal of your practice. It will give you deeper insights into the patterns of your behaviour and workings of your mind.
The last week of the course, You will work on your own personal Sadhana, your own intimate practice that you will develop and then continue after the Yoga Teacher Training.
The personal Sadhana is your own support system, your personal discipline, that gives you strength to live your life not so much full of success, but full of meaning.

The Accomidations are split in two places, the Ashram Villa where students will be staying this has a pool a living room and a yoga shala. The dinning hall and a second pool is in the TREE HOUSE VILLA about five min. Walk. This gives participents personal space, and two areas to be able to call home for 21 days. We will have Brunch and Dinner in the TREE HOUSE VILLA every day. The Lectures and Yoga classes will be heald in the Ashram Villa. The beautiful open concept Yoga shala is set and surrounded by jungle the roofed shala allows us to have breeze but also have fresh air but keeps us dry incase of rain.
Accommodation is in very comfortable Villa five minutes on foot from the Yoga Shala and Dinning area. Serene surounding of the villa and yoga shala help you to concentrate on studying and practicing yoga, to relax and reflect. This spacious and charming property is open and available, with all it facilities, to all participants.
Saturdays are off - you can go to the beach, rest or travel and explore Bali.
