Our Philosophy:

The most important life teachings------the ones that allow you the opportunity to experience empowerment to meet your dreams and a sense of peace and joy in your day to day life and relationships------ are often very expensive

We seek to bring the same education to you at a low-cost.

We use our funding to bring educational programs that guide personal, organizational and community well-being and growth.  Our programs integrate the four critical spheres of well-being in human life: physical, emotional, spiritual and mental balance.

What does Quaternity mean?

"Quaternity" literally means FOUR (4)

The Quaternity Institute recognizes that every individual inherently possesses the need to balance one or more of the four major spheres of his/her life.   These 4 major spheres to be brought into balance, through self-knowledge, are our physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.

We find these simple yet profound teachings of “The Sacred Hoop,” or the “Medicine Wheel,” present in all indigenous cultures and representative of harmony and connection – are a major symbol of peaceful interaction among all living beings on Earth.

The elders of all cultures have taught us that by bringing these 4 parts of ourselves into harmony we can easily access the greater mysteries, things beyond our mental understanding, such as unmoving internal peace and the realization of our wildest dreams.  When we achieve this balance of inner peace we move to the Sacred Center of the Medicine Wheel that would be considered the fifth element of the wheel.

The “hoop,” or “wheel,” is a circle divided into 4 parts that comprise the four aspects of the human personality: physical, emotional, spiritual and mental. The wheel also holds that all things are interrelated, and when one area becomes out of balance, other areas become unbalances as well.  The number four is also an important symbol of the many components of life, such as The Four Elements of earth, water, fire and air, and the cyclical Seasons, or the changes nature allows us to experience, from fall to winter to spring to summer. Four also addresses the importance inherent in The Four Stages of Life -- childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and elderhood – as well as the uniqueness of The Races, from red to black to white to yellow, and anything in between.

This philosophy helps one to view life as a continuous cycle, to find harmony within oneself and one’s greater community, and to enlighten through greater self-understanding, self-healing and global unity.

We use this understanding to heal relationships, rehabilitate addicts, explain and examine how certain emotions can impede personal growth, and bridge crucial missing links in business, engaging an interactive process that leads a person to wholeness.

There comes a time in the evolution of every soul when the chief concern is no longer the survival of the physical body, but the growth of the spirit; no longer the attainment of worldy success, but the realization of the Self.
